🛒 Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via phone call. If the customer is not reachable, the order may be canceled.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. Please place orders only if you are serious about purchasing.

🚚 Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on your location.

❌ Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incomplete details, fake orders, or unavailability of stock.

🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

We only offer replacement if:

  • The product is defective (not working at all)
  • The wrong item was delivered

📦 No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Disliking the product
  • Minor differences in color or design

🎥 Unboxing Video Required

To claim replacement, an unboxing video is required as proof. Claims without video may not be accepted.

📍 Address Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address. Incorrect details may lead to order cancellation.

📞 Failed Delivery

If the delivery attempt fails, a second attempt will be made. If the customer remains unavailable, the order will be canceled.
